Someone without occasional constipation might experience more frequent bowel movements. There would be no long term, negative consequences.

The easiest suggestion is to take ¾ of a teaspoon in 2 to 3 ounces of juice. Apple, grape, orange, and grapefruit juices are all good suggestions. A mixed vegetable juice is also fine. For those drinking water throughout the day, 20 drops in 20 ounces of water is also a good suggestion.
