Q: What is in Nutri-Mastic™
A: Nutri-Mastic™ is an all-natural, proprietary formula that includes a specific combination of minerals and trace minerals (typically found in seawater) with Mastic. The unique combination yields a
more comprehensive health benefit than if the ingredients were taken separately. Includes percentages of magnesium, calcium chloride, sodium and potassium. See supplement panel.

Q: Are Intact Nutrition™ Products approved by the FDA?
A: The Food and Drug Administration has control over the sale of and/ or claims made about nutritional supplements through a law passed in the 1994 called the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act
which is over a 2000 page document approved by Congress in 2002. (DSHEA) The FDA does not have to approve supplements because a supplement does not claim to change structure or function.

Q: Can children use Intact Nutrition™ Products?
A: Yes, some Intact Nutrition™ Products are useful for all ages. Follow the recommended dosage suggested on the label.


Q: How do I know which products are right for me?
A: Please consult the Products Page for assistance in identifying the right product for your needs or call 800-775-4130.


Q: What happens if I take more Intact Digest™ than recommended on the label?
A: Someone without occasional constipation might experience more frequent bowel movements. There would be no long term, negative consequences.


Q: What is the best way to take Intact Digest™
A: The easiest suggestion is to take ¾ of a teaspoon in 2 to 3 ounces of juice. Apple, grape, orange, and grapefruit juices are all good suggestions. A mixed vegetable juice is also fine. For those drinking water throughout the day, 20 drops in 20 ounces of water is also a good suggestion.

Q: Can I take Intact Nutrition™ Products with medication?
A: You should always consult with your health care provider when taking any dietary supplements.

Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?
A: If you have forgotten your password, click on My Account and then click I Forgot My Password. If you have not established a secret question, click no and then fill out the form with the email address that
you registered with and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. At that time, you can establish your secret question. If you have established a secret question, click yes and
you will be prompted for your question and your answer. Once you answer those correctly, you can then reset your password.

Q: How do I check the status of my order online?
A: Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the shopping page. Click on the “Order History” link, locate the order you want to check and click on the “View Order Status” link. The system will email you

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Intact Nutrition™ guarantees that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we’ll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within 45 days, not including return shipping and handling. Please
read the return and replacement policies below. Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check. If you have any questions about our return policy or about a specific return, email us at impactfusionintl@gmail.com, or call our Customer Care department 24 hours a day at 800-775-4130. Intact Nutrition™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Q: After placing an order, may I change or cancel it?
A: Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to edit or cancel it. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Q: Where is the merchandise shipped from?
A: All orders are typically fulfilled and shipped from Napoleonville, LA.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: IN STOCK MERCHANDISE orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Any orders after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, unless you request an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Q: How much is shipping/handling for international (shipped outside of the US) orders?
A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering
merchandise, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All orders must be paid in United States currency.

Q: Will Sales Tax be added to my order?
A: Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Should state tax rates or laws change, we are required to collect the tax in effect on the date of your order.
