LETTER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS EARLY NOVEMBER UPDATE: AGRIGLOW BIOTECH EARLY RESULTS – REVENUE STREAMS November 11, 2024 Napoleonville, LA IFUS:OTC Impact Fusion is pleased to announce progress on several fronts as reported by the team from AgriGlow Biotech in India. The initial trial being conducted in Sumul, India has proven successful. Our intent was to introduce the SGP+2.0™ formulation to determine herd acceptance. As expected with any herd of cows, different herds react differently to changes in their normal nutritional ration. A slight change in taste, smell, and/or texture can be initially off-putting to certain herds, where other herds immediately gobble up the new ration. Initial acceptance by the India test group was initially slow. However, once accepted not only did the heifers gobble the ration, but so did a calf as previously reported. The acceptance of forage-type ration for a calf has been shown in other beef cattle trials to be of paramount importance: a. Positive impacts on calf health, weight-gain, and overall well-being. b. Reduction in post-partum infant mortality. c. The earlier the weaning time of the calf from the mother, allows for a shortened gestational cycle to a new pregnancy. Letter to the Shareholders END OF OCTOBER UPDATE: AGRIGLOW TRIALS – COLUMBUS, GA FARMERS CONFERENCE – WAGYU BEEF Impact Fusion International Inc. PK:OTC IFUS Napoleonville, LA October 30, 2024 We are pleased to report that the shipment of SGP+2.0™ was received at the dairy in the town of Sumul, India. The trials started on October 20th and they will run for 5 weeks. AgriGlow has reported that within 3-4 days the cows accepted the new feed including a recently weaned calf and all animals are “eating SGP+2.0™ nicely now” stated Dr. Rathood of AgriGlow Biotech. The next step will be to establish a plan going forward to process the harvested bagasse grown in India with our revolutionary technology in the province of Surat, India. I have been invited to attend, with our distributor servicing the Columbus, GA area, close to 200 ranchers who will be attending the 34th Annual National Black Farmers Association Conference in Columbus, Georgia.
