Letter to the Shareholders AUGUST UPDATE: INDIA, WAGYU, SUAREC, PRODUCTION CAPACITY INCREASE Impact Fusion International Inc. PK:OTC IFUS Napoleonville, LA   August 25, 2024 The Company is pleased to report that 4 skids bearing a total of 2000 lbs of SGP+™ 2.0 has been loaded into a cargo container at the port of Savannah GA. The container will be departing on or about September 2, 2024.  We will update our shareholders once we have received confirmation of the departure of the cargo ship. Once received AgriGlow (“AGB”)  will conduct their own tests on Dairy Cows according to our proven feeding protocols.   Milk fat is key in India, so it will be measured with other key parameters relative to dairy operations there. These parameters have been established and agreed upon. India is home to about 300 million head of dairy cattle all used for milk production. AGB will  have the product tested at a dairy located in their home town of Sumul, India  and have confirmed that the dairy veterinary staff and senior management are ready to test SGP+™2.0. PK:OTC IFUS Napoleonville, LA   August 14, 2024 The Company is pleased to report that 4 skids weighing over 2000 lbs of SGP+™ 2.0 has been processed and shipped back to India for testing. The load was picked up on Monday August 12, 2024 at our facility in Napoleonville, LA and has been shipped to Savannah, GA. We will update our shareholders once we have received confirmation of the departure of the cargo ship. As previously announced in December 2023 the Company signed a Letter of Intent with Agriglow of Surat, India. Upon receipt of the container this past spring, we processed the contents at our Research and Technology facility and have arranged for shipment to a USA port for final transportation to India.
