Are Intact Nutrition™ Products approved by the FDA?

The Food and Drug Administration has control over the sale of and/ or claims made about nutritional supplements through a law passed in the 1994 called the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act
which is over a 2000 page document approved by Congress in 2002. (DSHEA) The FDA does not have to approve supplements because a supplement does not claim to change structure or function.
