Early December Update: New Distributor Application — Germany
For years now, your company has worked diligently on Research, Validation, and
Commercialization of Technology. The primary focus has been our base technology—Nutri-
Mastic™. To date, your company has successfully leveraged this product line into:
· Intact Digest™
· Intact Endurance™
· Equine Intact™
· Feline Intact™
. Canine Intact™
· SGP+™ A bovine cattle feed
· Supreme AG™ mulch
These products have been launched in the U.S., Germany, England, India, Canada, and
Mexico.
Extensive Research on the Nutri-Mastic™ line has demonstrated without question for
millennia the efficacy of the ingredients in our formulation. As one example demonstrates,
when applied to sugarcane bagasse, Nutri-Mastic™ is being proven to degrade and
depolymerize the lignin, hence transforming the lignin into “The Holy Grail” of nutrition and
energy for cattle. Let us not forget that lignin “is second to cellulose as the most abundant
organic material on Earth…” with limited commercial application to date as NO ONE has
figured out how to cost effectively degrade or depolymerize for viable commercial
application, but IFUS. “The global lignin market attained a value of nearly USD 974 million
in 2020, driven by the introduction of new technologies to extract lignin.” Yet, all have
proven challenging.
Remember, NONE of this would be possible if not for the efficacy of Nutri-Mastic™.
Furthermore, in order to achieve the validation of these products, your company has
invested your dollars in manufacturing and production capability as well as critical
infrastructure. If you can’t build it, then you can’t make it, and the customers will never

With this said, Commercialization of Our Technology has been a primary focus from the
moment our products exit our processes. Marketing and sales efforts have and continue to
be underway to establish the IFUS brand as a provider for “Health and Wellness. “Impact
Fusion markets health and wellness sector products designed to support digestive
function, the immune system and vital organ health”.. Your products are now in multiple
markets segments and product streams globally. To date, nearly three dozen market
segments have been identified. SGP+™ alone generates nearly a dozen to include Free
Grazing Beef, Feedlot Beef, WAGU Beef, Beef Breeding and Replacement, Calving, Beef
Showmanship, Dairy Milk Production, Dairy Breeding and Replacement, Dairy Calving,
Dairy Steer Meat Production, and Dairy Showmanship. Similar Market Segments exist for
other product lines with virtually all of the family of IFUS Products using Nutri-Mastic™ as
the baseline.
