Letter to the Shareholders

Impact Fusion International Inc. PK:OTC IFUS

Napoleonville, LA July 12, 2024

The Company is pleased to report that the Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding with Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center (SUAREC) has been signed which memorializes the relationship between the Center and Impact Fusion International Inc. SUAREC continues to conduct its testing based on the delivery of 5,000 pounds of SGP+™ to its location in Baton Rouge.  As we understand it, the SUAREC Team is performing a series of lignin and forage analyses as well as other established methods to prove that IFUS has in fact unlocked the mystery of lignin degradation and depolymerization. The evaluation is focusing on SGP+™ becoming an actual hay replacement.

As the SUAREC Team is following direction provided by the Louisiana Legislature per LA HCR-42, experimental design is also underway to uncover the successful trials of SGP+AG™ as a mulch / fertilizer / insect repellant. Visits by the SUAREC Team to the IFUS Test Farm left the Team excited as they sampled fruit and photographed the contrast of plants mulched with SGP+AG™ and those without. The Team noted the quality and quantity of fruit produced, the lack of insects and disease on trees, shrubs, and plants, as well as the growth rate of these same trees, shrubs, and plants. The contrast to trees, shrubs, and plants per the Botanists (to include a Viticulturist and Plant Scientist) was “stunning.”

Robert Schmidt III, Vice President of International Operations, has been asked to meet with a cattle rancher in the Dallas, TX area who raises Wagyu Beef cattle. The rancher has met with Mr. Schmidt at Deer Run Ranch and invited him to visit his ranch to discuss introducing SGP+™ to his herd’s ration. “We are excited for the opportunity to introduce our SGP+™ technology to this unique breed of cattle” stated Marc Walther, CEO.

As per Wikipedia: The word wagyu has a pretty literal translation: “wa” means Japanese, and “gyu” is cow. But that doesn’t mean that any Japanese cow qualifies. Wagyu beef breeds are carefully selected, and genetic testing is used to ensure only the best are allowed into the program. By paying so much attention to genetics, the beef becomes genetically predisposed to have a higher quality than most steaks. This tender, well-marbled beef really does taste better than the competition.

In Japan, only four types of cattle are used: Japanese Black, Japanese Brown, Japanese Polled and Japanese Shorthorn. American Wagyu programs primarily use Japanese Black, although there are a few Japanese Brown in the mix (known as Red Wagyu in the States).
