Potential Joint Venture between Impact Fusion International Inc. AgriGlow BioTech Advances as Impact Fusion International’s CEO and VP International Affairs Visit India for Extended Meetings

The Company is pleased to report that Mr. Marc Walther, CEO and Mr. Trey Schmidt, Vice President of International Operations have had the pleasure of meeting various groups of people to address several new opportunities that have emerged. These opportunities have been facilitated by the principals of AgriGlow BioTech. (“AgriGlow”)

Upon arriving in Mumbai, India, Marc and Trey were greeted by senior representatives of AgriGlow who provided transportation to their home base in Surat, a seven hour drive from Mumbai. After a day to recover from the 35 hour flight and time change of 10.5 hours  they have met with AgriGlow to define terms of the potential joint venture, visited a local farm, an employee-owned  sugarmill and made a presentation to a potential distributor for the Intact line with 1000 sales representatives and connections to Vietnam and Australia.

On March 4^th, 2025 Marc and Trey were invited to visit the

SUMUL Dairy where the original SGP+2.0™ test was conducted. During that visit the Chairman of the Dairy committed to undertaking an extensive study on SGP+2.0™. This commitment came about as a result of the original Proof-of-Concept Trial showing positive results, to include an increase in milk fat content. For nations like India that depend on dairy products for 90% of their nutritional requirements, even a slight increase in milk fat content can have a huge impact on the number of people fed.

Marc and Trey also met with the Director of Punjab Sugar that owns and operates 5 sugar mills located in the State of Punjab in India. The Director committed to building a plant in his State and is planning to visit our “one of a kind facility” in Louisiana as well as our test ranch (Deer Run Ranch in Jefferson TX). His stated purpose, said Marc Walther, CEO, is to visit the only plant in the world that produces SGP+™ with his team. It is intended that Punjab Sugar will liaise with AgriGlow on this project.
