IMPACT FUSION EXECUTIVES SET TO TRAVEL TO INDIA

As previously reported, results are being provided to us regarding the India Dairy Trial. From the pictures sent to us, even with the minimal introduction of the SGP+2.0™ into the ration mix, improved Manure Scores were noted. Dairy cow feeding habits can be quite complex. However, what they did eat impacted the Manure Score in a notable way (Score 1 to nearly Score 3).
The science is telling us that when Score 3 pats are created by a ration mix containing 60% plus SGP+™, the degraded and depolymerized lignin is producing as per Dr. Pat Bagley “The Holy Grail” of energy and nutrition for beef and dairy cows. Normally full benefits are seen in the herd about 6 months of introducing the ration with some immediate results noted. The India trial averaged a 15% mix of SGP+™2.0. Yet, it produced improved pats within days. This is actually REMARKABLE!

The scientific literature is confirming that lignin is actually being both degraded and depolymerized (See attached article and Figure 2 specifically: Intracellular pathways for lignin catabolism in white-rot fungus.

Please note, where this attached article was science performed in the U.S. on “poplar trees”, other studies, when overlayed, tell us the lignin found in sugarcane bagasse has very similar biochemical degradation and depolymerization pathways. Per the article, both T. versicolor and G. subvermispora were involved in the degradation and depolymerization of the lignin. Both of these fungi are known to be present in sugarcane bagasse as part of the overall microbial class known as White-rot fungus.

These are but two (2) of literally hundreds of studies published in juried scientific journals that support IFUS’ claims of lignin degradation and depolymerization. Please note polymeric degradation is VERY different from depolymerization. These are two very different physical and chemical processes.

As a result of these discoveries Marc Walther, CEO and Trey Schmidt, VP of International Operations participated in a zoom call with the principals of AgriGlow Biotech. Their lengthy discussion included wide ranging topics related to land acquisition, equipment sourcing, labor availability, transportation routes and Impact Fusion’s role and contribution to the project. It has been determined that both Marc and Trey will travel to India at the end of February 2025 to personally meet with the Agriglow principals as well as officials from the Dairy in Sumul, India. It was at the dairy in Sumul where the trials were run using the SGP+™2.0.

The purpose of the trip, which will take about 9 days, will be to have a first hand look at the location, chosen by AgriGlow, to build the new facility, which we understand will be close to the source of raw bagasse and the dairy. AgriGlow has committed to providing us with an outline of their proposal prepared by their attorney for our review prior to our trip.
