The Company is pleased to report that 4 skids bearing a total of 2000 lbs of SGP+™ 2.0 has been loaded into a cargo container at the port of Savannah GA. The container will be departing on or about September 2, 2024. We will update our shareholders once we have received confirmation of the departure of the cargo ship.

Once received AgriGlow (“AGB”) will conduct their own tests on Dairy Cows according to our proven feeding protocols. Milk fat is key in India, so it will be measured with other key parameters relative to dairy operations there. These parameters have been established and agreed upon. India is home to about 300 million head of dairy cattle all used for milk production.

AGB will have the product tested at a dairy located in their home town of Sumul, India and have confirmed that the dairy veterinary staff and senior management are ready to test SGP+™2.0. When results show a noticeable improvement in milk and fat, they will introduce it as a pilot project to the small dairies around Sumul. We are told by AGB that the National Dairy Development Board of India will track the results and data with a view to sharing with the other dairies in Gujarat and other states.

In addition, AgriGlow Biotech has access to 79 sugar mills in the province of Gujarat where sugar cane is planted three times a year.

Depending on the transit time from the USA to India, we hope to get results of their testing by the end of the year.

On Thursday August 28,2024 I am travelling to SUAREC in Baton Rouge to meet with Dr. Devaiah Kambiranda to discuss the result of his tests of the SGP+™ when used as fertilizer/mulch and to deliver more product for testing.

Last week we shipped 4 SuperSax™ of SGP+™AG to a customer in Missouri which was a few days after we shipped 4 SuperSax™of SGP+™AG to Utah.

This week I am also meeting with the owner of one of Texas’ premier Wagyu ranches and his nutritionist to show them how SGP+™ is made prior to them placing an order.

I wanted to take this opportunity to remind all of you that we have the capability to ship within 48 hours of receiving orders of Intact Endurance and our premier product Intact Digest. We are currently gathering anecdotal input from our current users and will be posting to our website.

I am confident in reporting that our customers are very happy with the results. One of our retail vendors reported that one of her customers, to whom she sold Intact Digest over the years, who was struggling with liver issues is no longer on the liver transplant list. Another customer has reported a noticeable recovery time after not working out for weeks after taking Intact Endurance. We are currently interviewing for Distributors for both products in the USA.
