In the weeks that have passed since we released a press release, Impact Fusion’s Scientific Team Proposes Solution to the New World Screwworm Fly Impending Crisis | IFUS – Impact Fusion International Inc. | News | OTC Markets we have been viewed over 3221 times from around the world including but not limited to South America (Peru, Uruguay, and Brazil) Africa (Ghana and Kenya) Spain and Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, throughout the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Kosovo, Ukraine, Russia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh China, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan , Australia and of course Canada and the US. As a result, we have been approached by companies wishing to act as distributors for SGP+™.

Just this week, I have spoken to representatives from Canada who are currently operating in South America and further discussions from multiple companies in India. I attended a webinar, hosted by AgriLife of Texas A&M, which was informative as to the current suggestions being provided by their experts on how to deal with the NWS Screwworm Fly crisis. Both of our test ranches continue to report the absence of flies (not having seen any flies or the NWS species) on their herds. Our scientific team has uncovered plausible science that supports the findings of ranchers and dairymen regarding their claims of lack of flies on their respective herds and the absence of fly larvae in their respective manure pats. Furthermore, our scientific team continues to uncover plausible scientific evidence of added claims being made by ranchers and dairymen as to improvements in their herd performance, while lowering their costs. These studies now include herd trials conducted by other research groups on adding the ingredients found in SGP+™ to ration mixes. Our test ranchers are keeping a close eye on their herds to substantiate the claims and our scientific teams continue its efforts to understand why and how SGP+™ is creating these outcomes.

I have instructed one of our team members to reach out to provide information to the Task Force based on our studies.

On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, I had the pleasure of speaking to Nate Baker who hosts a podcast, The Real UnderGround Radio that can be found on FaceBook and YouTube. The viewership for his program ranges anywhere from 25,000 up to 350,000 depending on the topic being discussed.

As previously reported, Joe Wilcox of Walkabout Ranch in OK visited a group of ranchers, at their invitation, to discuss the benefits of feeding SGP+™ As a result of the meeting them two weeks, two of the ranchers have asked to become a distributor of SGP+™ in their area. I spoke to a nutritionist who is enthusiastic about using the product on the herd he supervises. They saw excellent results in the two weeks the herd was fed our ration.

On June 20, 2025 I participated in a zoom meeting with the senior partner of North Punjab Sugars to discuss the details of establishing a secondary plant in the Punjab area to augment the potential plant in the Surat area. The original plan was for them to travel to America to visit with me at the plant in Napoleonville and at the Deer Run Ranch in Texas. These plans have been upended as a result of the US Embassy in Mumbai rejecting their visa application for travel. In order to facilitate their understanding of the magnitude of the one of a kind facility I have sent them a video of the plant and we conducted a zoom call on location on Friday last week.

As most of the USA has been hit with an unprecedented heat wave breaking records dating back to 1888 the possibility of yet another summer of drought could be upon us. Ranchers do not need to depend on grass and hay, which, as in the past may be scarce or not available at all and very expensive. SGP+™ offers great nutrition, with no flies, more hydration, producing better quality meat and better milk production. Our test ranchers have reported, to date, no screwworm flies on their herds. As mentioned above, our scientific team is continuing to do the research which supports the claims made as to the efficacy of SGP+™.

SUAREC has planted 88 acres of grapes, vegetables, fruit trees, etc. using SupremeAG™ as the main fertilizer with great success. I have been invited to attend at the Southern University in Baton Rouge next week to review the results. We are proud to be a part of a program where the food grown at the University is donated to families in the area.
